Shipping Policy

This policy explains how delivery of your order is handled. Please read it carefully before placing an order.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery to offshore locations or remote areas may be subject to additional charges or extended lead times.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or confirmed after order placement. These are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Manufacturer lead times
  • Courier or delivery service availability

We will contact you to arrange delivery once your order is ready for dispatch.


3. Delivery Method

Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made kerbside to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address.

For direct deliveries from manufacturers using their own home delivery service, the delivery team will make a reasonable attempt to place the product in the customer’s room of choice, subject to suitable access, health and safety requirements, and delivery conditions. This service cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery drivers are not required to:

  • Install or connect appliances
  • Remove packaging or existing appliances
  • Carry items where access is unsafe or restricted

Please ensure clear and suitable access is available for large or heavy items.


4. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one being available at the delivery address
  • Inadequate access
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Additional delivery or re‑delivery charges may apply.


5. Inspection on Delivery

You must inspect goods upon delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  • Note it with the courier at the time of delivery
  • Notify us as soon as reasonably possible

Do not install or use damaged items.


6. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, courier disruption, adverse weather, or force majeure events.


7. Installation

Unless explicitly stated in writing, installation services are not included with delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure appliances are installed by a suitably qualified professional in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
