We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, inspections and refunds are handled.


1. Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials
  • Not have been installed, connected, or used

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply deductions if these conditions are not met.


3. Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier for high‑value items.


4. Inspection of Returned Goods

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Once we have acknowledged receipt of the returned goods and completed inspection to confirm they meet return conditions, your refund will be processed.


5. Refund Timescales

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.


6. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items to cover handling, inspection, and administrative costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect:

  • Do not install or use the product

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.


8. Items Excluded from Returns

Returns may be refused for:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Products returned incomplete or without original packaging
  • Damage caused after delivery or during return transit

9. Responsibility for Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or error on our part:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original delivery charges are non‑refundable
